notify_rc restart_diskmon

I was renting a modem/router combo with COX when I first got my internet and I had no issues with my connection. I replaced my Verizon G1100 router with the new ASUS. Then swapped to Asus RT-AC87U and added the same with Tradidional QoS settings. If your router's clock is off by seconds or so, the DHCP lease could be expired before the router requests to renew. So ntp won't be synced. The only suspect thing I can think of is I think my xbox might be messing with the connection, although I'm not 100% sure.
